SPECIALIZING
Toxic salon culture has forced stylists to offer all services for many years. This puts clients in a vulnerable position, not always being paired with a stylist skilled in the look they want. We allow stylists to choose which services they offer, and focus on honing skills to provide the best service.
TIME BASED PRICING
All of our stylists have hourly rates that are gender free and gratuity free. This empowers stylists to charge their worth and increases transparency and trust with clients.
UNLIMITED TIME OFF
Work life balance is very important to us. In order to give and be present, we must have time to rest and recharge. Our stylists choose what days they work, what time they work, and when they don’t.
NO DOUBLE BOOKING
The time reserved for your appointment is the clients in the chair. They have your undivided attention and focus for the entirety of their appointment.
WE GIVE BACK
We like to focus on our community and giving back. Each month we donate 10% of our retail sales to a local charity. We also donate time to different organizations to make services accessible to people.
